From the beginning to the result

  1. Select the main contact

Enter your name or brand, specialization and a convenient way of communicating. A long list of links makes it difficult to read; additional information can be placed on the portfolio page.

  2. Check the size.

The visitor card of the generator has proportions of 90 × 50 mm. In the "Print on the A4 list" section, set the width of 90 mm: the height is calculated automatically.

  3. Gather a list

Show the number, fields, intervals and orientation of the sheet. See the layout scheme and if necessary, include the cutting tags. All visit cards on the list will be the same.

  4. Save the test

Download PDF and select the scale of 100% or "Fact size." Measure the visit card by line and check the contacts until the full print.

Why the size of paper can differ

The printing software sometimes automatically inserts the document into the available area. This changes the size of the visit card. Disconnect the pattern and take into account the unprinted fields of a particular printer.

What to check for typography

Compare the file format, resolution, color model and flights with the performer. Ladivo creates a pattern for download but there is no automatic CMYK training and typographic flights in the studio.

If you need a QR card

Create a QR contact in a QR master or QR with a link to the portfolio. Do not reduce the code to a little noticeable element: check the scan with the test paper card.

Frequent Questions

Can you make several different visits in one letter?
