The application logs do not store passwords, secret links, maps, user files names, URL parameters and form content. To protect against frequent requests, a temporary IP encryption stamp is used rather than an open IP. Standard hosting logs may contain IP and request technical parameters; their mode and timing are determined by the operator settings and the hosting contract.
3. Локальная обработка и публичные страницы
Video, ordinary image editing and local projects are performed on the device if the user has not selected the server storage, publication or AI processing separately. When you click "Delete background" the selected image is transmitted through the Ladivo server to fal.ai; without this command the image is not sent to that AI service. The online price and visit card when stored on a server are transmitting the data and images indicated in them. The projects stored in the account transfer to the server the name, pattern, built-in images and prefix; they are available to the owner after entering. Previously created local projects are transferred only by the "In Account" button. Server projects in the basket are stored for recovery and are taken into account in the limit; when the account is removed, its projects are deleted. Source videos remain on the device.
Do not post other contact contacts, photos of people and other personal data without a proper legal basis. The public page is available via a link and may be copied by third parties. The removal of the publication does not guarantee the removal the previously made copies.
4. Основания, операции и получатели
The grounds provided for in Article 6 of the Federal Law No.152-FZ: the execution of the contract with the user, the execuction of the legitimate duties of the operator and the consent - for the appropriate purposes. Operations: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extract, use, provision in the necessary cases, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated and, in response to the contact, with the participation of the operator.
Доступ имеют оператор и уполномоченные лица, обслуживающие сайт. Хостинг действует в объёме, необходимом для размещения сервиса, с оформлением отношений по поручению обработки, когда это требуется законом. Данные не продаются и не используются для рекламных рассылок. Платёжные сведения в необходимом объёме передаются Ozon Банку для проведения платежа и чека. При использовании функции удаления фона выбранное изображение передаётся провайдеру fal.ai для выполнения AI-обработки. После отдельного выбора «Разрешить статистику» на публичных рекламных страницах подключается пиксель VK Рекламы / Top.Mail.Ru (ID 3797471). Он получает IP-адрес, технические сведения о браузере и устройстве, идентификаторы cookie, адрес страницы, источник перехода и события переходов к инструментам для оценки рекламы и формирования рекламных аудиторий. До согласия пиксель не загружается. Ранее выданное разрешение внутренней статистики не включает этот пиксель: посетителю повторно показывается обновлённый выбор. На страницах кабинета, оплаты, редакторов и проектов данный пиксель не подключается. Email, пароль, данные карты, изображения и содержимое проектов кодом интеграции в VK не отправляются.
С 29 сентября 2026 года после выбора «Разрешить все» на публичных страницах и в редакторе изображений подключается Яндекс Метрика, счётчик 113139090. Получатель — ООО «ЯНДЕКС». Сервис получает IP-адрес, сведения о браузере и устройстве, идентификаторы cookie, адрес раздела, рекламные метки и событие успешного экспорта. После согласия идентификатор визита ClientID связывается с заказом на нашем сервере. При включённой серверной интеграции Метрике передаются факт первой подтверждённой оплаты подписки, время и сумма в рублях. Email, телефон, реквизиты оплаты и номер заказа не передаются. Очередь событий и техническое подтверждение согласия хранятся до 30 дней при работающем обработчике; сведения об оплатах для исполнения договора хранятся отдельно. Вебвизор и карты кликов отключены. Тексты, фотографии, промпты и содержимое проектов наша интеграция не передаёт. На страницах кабинета, оплаты и сохранённых проектов счётчик не подключается. При отказе код Метрики не загружается; выбор можно изменить кнопкой «Cookie». Перед подключением нового сервиса посетителям повторно показывается уведомление. Данные, собираемые Метрикой.
5.Service and safety
Before opening the server forms, the operator confirms the placement of the personal data bases of citizens of the Russian Federation and their backups in Russia. The owner independently checks the hosting contract and the actual placement; the site interface does not determine the country of the server. Ordinary accounts and projects are not transferred to AI providers automatically. When the "Remove background" function is clearly used, the selected image will be transferred into the fal.ai provider. The operator is obliged to take into account the applicable requirements for such transfer and to update the documents when the provider or processing route changes.
Access distinction, password hashing, session cookies protected, checking the origin of requests and CSRF tokens, restriction of requiring frequency and placing official files outside the public catalog are applied. The organizational measures and the performance of the operator’s duties are not replaced by these technical means.
6 The deadlines
The AI background removal result can be temporarily cacheed in the Ladivo private storage up to 72 hours so that the re-working of the same file does not cost the limit and API again. The source downloaded file is used as part of the current request and is not added to this server cache library. The user box "My Photos" is stored in IndexedDB of its browser.
Office and access information - for the duration of the service; after deletion or reasoned requirement, processing is terminated and data are deleted unless another period is required by law. Server fees and visit cards are delete by the owner on their personal links; the deletions of the office do not delete non-related publications. Calls - not more than 180 days from the creation, diagnostic errors groups - 30 days from last event, detailed statistics - 90 days, timelines of requests - up to 48 hours. Single mail codes are invalid after 15 minutes; technical records are deleted by regulatory cleaning after 24 hours without update. To comply with these deadlines, the operator is running a regulatory cleaning: the function is available in the owner's panel and in the server service. The minimum confirmations of the legal agreements and actions of the administrator are stored within the limits of the established regulations and the need to protect the rights, not longer than three years, without the absence of a longer legal basis.
The operator retains the backup copies for a limited period of time: the recommended working period is up to 30 days; the removed data should not be returned to active processing when recovered.
7. Права и обращения

To protect the data, the operator has the right to request sufficient confirmation that their subject or representative is addressed; do not send the passport without reasonable need. requests are considered within the deadlines set out in Articles 20–21 No152-FZ; If there is a legitimate reason, individual information may be retained after the withdrawal of consent.
The refusal of statistics does not limit local editors and the free learning board. The cabinets are intended for adult users; free learning patterns are available without registration. Special data categories and biometric identification are not provided.
