1 Service and participants

IP Romanov Sergey Pavlovich provides the functionality of ladivo.ru: creating graphic patterns, documents, QR, short videos and selected public pages. The user accepts this agreement by a separate action when registering. Free local tools are also available without an account.

2. Доступ и сохранение

The user keeps the password and recovery links secret, indicates the logon available to him and does not transmit the data of others without reason. Email is used as a login. Email confirmation and access recovery are performed by a single link from the mail. If the transaction mail is temporarily unavailable, the creation of new cabins is stopped until the return is sent. The link is valid for 30 minutes. After the password change, the previous sessions are completed. Local projects files are stored by the user himself. the account is not a cloud copy of all of its works.

The online publication of the prize and visit card is made by a clear command. The personal link gives the right to change the page and should not be transferred to the visitors. The account deletion does not automatically remove independent publications on such links.

3. Материалы и права

The user retains the rights to the uploaded material and gives the operator only the technical authorities necessary for the selected functions. The user verifies the rights on photo, music, logos, personal data and the reliability of his ads. Examples of prices, goods and claims in templates must be replaced by actual data.

The ready own patterns can be used for personal and commercial purposes with respect to the terms of individual built-in materials and notifications about their licenses. The presence of a template does not mean exclusive rights to a trademark or image. The re-sales of the service library as a separate set of patterons without the authorization of the operator is not permitted. The third party materials retain their own terms of use.

4 The limitations

Third-party rights violations, malicious files, protection browsing, mass spam and publication of law-prohibited content are not allowed. The operator has the right to restrict access in case of reasoned violation and to notify the way of treatment. The consumer rights and mandatory liability, established by law, are not excluded.

The browser export depends on the device and supported formats. The service does not guarantee the processing of any source, the preservation of projects after the browser is cleaned, the absence of all errors or certain commercial results. The known technical limits are displayed in the interface.

5. Стоимость, обращения и изменения

Free training course remains without mandatory registration, payment and charging. Premium tools are available with the active status of "Stilyaga" in the account. Template review does not create a purchase. Payment is made through the Ozon Bank after a clear product selection and the conditions confirmed. Ladivo further checks the payment server status before the grant of access or AI credits. There is no automatic renewal and re-signs.

Dispute resolution conditions do not limit the law-foreseen court choice by the consumer. The change of the agreement does not deteriorate the conditions of the already paid period by the latter number; substantial changes are brought to the user before their acceptance.
